estate of
Trigorskoe, so-called because it stands on three hills (“trigory” in Russian)
has been often visited by Pushkin. Poetic spots in the park, such as “Onegin’s Bench”, “Tatiana’s Avenue”, the
“Solitary Oak”, the “Tent Fir” and the “Saddle Birch” are all connected with
Pushkin and his work.
